Prepare the filling
- Spread 1-2 tablespoons of Nutella on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining slices to form sandwiches. Press edges gently to seal.
Make the batter
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
Cook the French toast
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in skillet over medium heat. Dip each sandwich in batter, coating both sides.
- Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and Nutella is melted. Add more butter as needed.
- Keep warm in 200°F oven if making in batches.
Serve
- Dust with powdered sugar, drizzle syrup, and top with berries. Serve immediately.
